The promise

Every watch sold by DAR is original: not fake and not counterfeit. If a watch you bought from us is ever proven not to be genuine, we will refund the full purchase price.

We welcome verification. You are free to have any watch you buy from us examined by the brand's authorised service centre, an authorised retailer, or an independent watchmaker or appraiser of your choice. If the examination shows that the watch is not genuine, send us the written report, and we will arrange the return and a full refund. We would rather you buy with complete confidence.

 

What every listing tells you

Brand, model and reference number. Case size and material—movement type. An honest condition note covering case, dial, hands, crystal and bracelet or strap. Whether the original box, papers or purchase receipt are included and if not, we say so plainly.

 

Warranty and after-sales service

DAR is an independent source for watch enthusiasts and is not a brand-authorised seller, meaning we do not provide after-sale warranty or service, including for new watches. Some watches come with their original box and warranty card, and we will clearly note this in the listing. Any international warranty is solely between you and the brand or its authorised reseller, so we encourage you to verify the terms directly with them before making your purchase.

 

Ask before you buy

If something is not right

If your watch arrives and does not match its listing description, contact us straight away at info@darwatches.com, and we will arrange a return and refund.
