Buying a Pre-Owned Watch Online in the UAE

Understand the condition label

Every DAR watch carries a condition label on its photo and in its description. Brand New is unworn. Like New shows no visible wear to the naked eye. Excellent shows faint signs of wear, only visible up close. Very Good has light, even wear consistent with careful use. Good has visible wear and is fully functional. Collector's Vintage is an older watch that shows its age, with its condition and any renewed parts described in the listing. Read the full Condition Guide.

Ask about box and papers

All brand-new watches come with their original box and papers. A pre-owned or vintage watch is sold on its own unless the listing says a box is included, as with the Hamilton Khaki Field and the Citizen Independent Jump Hour.

Look at the photos

Some photos are the brand's reference images and some are of the exact watch. The listing says which, and real photos of the exact watch are available on request on WhatsApp.

Know what is covered

If a watch is found not to be authentic, or arrives broken or not working, you get a full refund (see Shipping & Returns). DAR is an independent dealer and is not affiliated with the brands, and there is no DAR warranty beyond this guarantee. You are welcome to have the watch checked by the brand's authorised service centre.

Delivery and price

We deliver across the UAE only: AED 30 to Dubai and AED 50 to the other Emirates, added at checkout. Prices are in dirhams and include VAT. You can reserve a watch on WhatsApp from its product page.
