A budget under AED 1,000 still covers a wide range, from new quartz watches to pre-owned automatics and vintage pieces. These are the three things that matter most when you choose.

01  New or pre-owned

Read the label

Each watch carries a condition label on its photo. Brand-new watches come with their original box and papers. Pre-owned and vintage watches are watch only unless the listing says a box is included.

02  Movement

Quartz or automatic

Quartz watches run on a battery and need little care. Automatics wind from the movement of your wrist and appeal to those who like mechanical watches. The listing states which one you are getting.

03  Size and fit

Check the case size

The case size is given in the specifications on each watch page. If you are unsure how a size will sit on your wrist, ask us on WhatsApp before you order.

Are these watches genuine?

Yes. If a watch is found not to be authentic, or arrives broken or not working, you get a full refund (see Shipping & Returns). DAR is an independent dealer and is not affiliated with the brands it sells.

Do the prices include VAT?
